Authorized Superior Striping CRM users may request:
- Deactivation of their CRM account;
- Disconnection of their Google Account from the CRM;
- Revocation of applicable Google authorization tokens; and
- Deletion of eligible personal information associated with their CRM account.
Because Superior Striping CRM contains business records, deleting a user account does not necessarily delete customer, estimate, project, communication, audit, accounting, or operational records created or managed by that user.
How to Submit a Request
Option 1: Email Request
Send an email to privacy@superior-striping.com using the subject line:
Superior Striping CRM Account Deletion Request
Send the request from the email address associated with your CRM account whenever possible.
Include:
- Your full name;
- The email address used for the CRM;
- Whether you want account deactivation, Google disconnection, data deletion, or all three;
- Your relationship to Superior Striping, such as employee, contractor, administrator, or service provider; and
- Any information reasonably necessary to identify the correct account.
Do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, payment-card information, or copies of sensitive identity documents unless Superior Striping specifically requests an approved verification method.
Option 2: Contact a CRM Administrator
You may ask an authorized Superior Striping CRM administrator to begin the account deactivation or deletion process.
For assistance, contact support@superior-striping.com or call (208) 249-2183.
Identity Verification
Before processing a request, Superior Striping may take reasonable steps to verify:
- The identity of the requester;
- The requester’s connection to the CRM account; and
- The requester’s authority to make the request.
A request may be delayed or denied when identity or authority cannot be reasonably verified, when the request would compromise another person’s privacy or security, or when retention is required or permitted by law.
What We Will Generally Do
After a verified request, Superior Striping will take reasonable steps, as applicable, to:
- Disable active CRM access;
- End active CRM sessions;
- Disconnect the associated Google Account from the CRM;
- Revoke applicable Google access or refresh tokens that the CRM still maintains;
- Delete active authentication tokens from production systems;
- Delete or de-identify eligible profile information, such as the linked Google identifier, name, email address, and profile image, when no longer required; and
- Confirm that the request has been completed or explain any information that must be retained.
Requests will be handled within a reasonable period after verification and in accordance with applicable law, security requirements, and legitimate business recordkeeping obligations.
Information That May Be Retained
Superior Striping may retain information when reasonably necessary for:
- Customer and project records;
- Estimate, proposal, scheduling, and communication history;
- Accounting, tax, billing, or insurance requirements;
- Employment or contractor recordkeeping;
- Security logs and fraud prevention;
- Legal holds, disputes, investigations, or legal claims;
- Compliance with law, regulation, court orders, or contractual obligations;
- Protection of Superior Striping, its personnel, customers, or service providers; or
- Backup and disaster-recovery processes.
Information retained for these purposes will remain subject to appropriate access, confidentiality, retention, and security controls.
Backup copies may remain temporarily until they are overwritten or deleted through ordinary backup cycles.
Business Records Created by the User
Deactivation or deletion of a user account does not require Superior Striping to delete legitimate business records merely because the user created, edited, uploaded, or communicated through those records.
Examples include:
- Lead and customer records;
- Estimate and pricing records;
- Project notes and photographs;
- Customer communication history;
- Scheduling and assignment records;
- Audit logs; and
- Records needed for accounting, insurance, legal, or operational purposes.
Where reasonably practicable, Superior Striping may remove or de-identify the former user’s profile association while retaining the underlying business record.
Revoke Access Directly Through Google
You may independently revoke Superior Striping CRM’s connection to your Google Account through Google’s third-party connections settings:
Manage Third-Party Connections in Your Google Account
Revoking the connection through Google prevents the CRM from using that Google authorization in the future. It does not automatically:
- Delete your CRM account;
- Delete information already stored in the CRM;
- Delete Superior Striping business records; or
- Delete your Google Account.
To request deletion of eligible CRM information, you must also contact Superior Striping using the instructions above.
Former Employees, Contractors, and Service Providers
When a user’s employment, contract, assignment, or authorized service relationship ends, Superior Striping may deactivate CRM access without waiting for a deletion request.
The former user may still submit a request regarding eligible personal account information. Superior Striping may retain business, security, workforce, customer, and legal records as described above.
Questions or Appeals
Questions about a deletion decision, or a request to have the decision reviewed where applicable law provides that right, may be sent to:
